Tickets for performances at the Novello Theatre can be purchased online, in person at the box office or by telephone. Please note that every audience member, regardless of age, must have their own ticket, and children under the age of 5 years old will not be admitted into the auditorium.  Tickets are sold for seats on all levels of the Novello Theatre, with variation depending on how close you wish to be to the stage. Please see the Seating page for full information and a seating plan. All tickets include a mandatory £1 restoration levy which is clearly marked on each ticket and is included within the overall price. This restoration levy is paid directly to the Novello Theatre in order to cover the costs of essential maintenance and upkeep. The Novello Theatre is part of the Delfont Mackintosh group of theatres.

Buying Tickets Online

Tickets to productions at the Novello Theatre are available to buy all over the internet. It is important in this case that you make sure you are buying tickets from a STAR accredited site. STAR stands for Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers and is identifiable by the official STAR logo. STAR-approved retailers must comply with a strict set of regulations that ensures the face value of tickets is always displayed and any viewing restrictions are clearly presented before purchasing. STAR acts as a regulatory body and will intervene on your behalf if you believe that your tickets did not comply with the STAR retailer regulations. Print at home tickets

Buying Group Tickets

If you plan to book more than 8 tickets to a show at the Novello Theatre then discounted group rates are usually available. Group rates are a good idea for school trips, community visits and larger scale family events such as birthday parties.
